보이스 블랙박스(이하 “본 앱”)는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 앱은 녹음 파일을 기본적으로 사용자 기기에만 저장하며, 운영자는 사용자의 녹음 내용을 수집하거나 열람하지 않습니다.

1. 수집·이용하는 정보

가. 사용자가 만드는 데이터 (기기 내 저장)

• 오디오 녹음 파일: 마이크로 녹음한 음성. 기본적으로 기기 내부 저장공간에만 저장되며 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

나. 권한

• 마이크(RECORD_AUDIO): 음성 녹음의 핵심 기능에 사용.
• 전화 상태(READ_PHONE_STATE): 통화 중 마이크 충돌을 피하기 위해 통화 시작/종료만 감지합니다. 전화번호·연락처는 읽지 않습니다.
• 알림·절전 예외·부팅 수신·WakeLock: 장시간 안정적인 백그라운드 녹음을 위해 사용.
• 인터넷: 광고 표시 및 (사용자가 켠 경우) 클라우드 백업에 사용.

다. 선택적 백업 (사용자 본인 계정)

• 사용자가 직접 켜면, 녹음을 본인의 구글 드라이브(drive.file 범위 — 본 앱이 만든 파일만 접근) 또는 사용자가 선택한 기기 내 폴더로 백업합니다. 운영자는 사용자의 드라이브에 접근할 수 없습니다.

라. 광고 (무료 사용자)

• 본 앱은 Google AdMob으로 배너·전면·보상형 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공·측정을 위해 광고 식별자(AAID) 등 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 정책 및 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
• 프리미엄(구독/평생) 사용자에게는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.

마. 결제

• 구독·평생 이용권 결제는 Google Play 결제가 처리하며, 운영자는 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 계정

본 앱은 별도의 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다. (드라이브 백업을 켤 때만 사용자가 선택적으로 Google 로그인을 하며, 이는 사용자가 직접 통제합니다.)

3. 보관 및 삭제

녹음 파일은 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 남습니다. 삭제 방법은 데이터 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.

4. 아동

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

5. 변경

본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 갱신될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다.

Voice Blackbox (“the App”) respects your privacy. By default the App stores recordings only on your device; the operator does not collect or access the content of your recordings.

1. Information We Process

a. Data you create (stored on device)

• Audio recordings from your microphone are saved only in your device storage by default and are not sent to the operator’s servers.

b. Permissions

• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): core recording feature.
• Phone state (READ_PHONE_STATE): only to detect call start/end so the mic yields during calls. We do not read your phone number or contacts.
• Notifications, battery-optimization exemption, boot receiver, wake lock: for reliable long-running background recording.
• Internet: to show ads and, if you enable it, cloud backup.

c. Optional backup (your own account)

• If you turn it on, recordings are backed up to your own Google Drive (drive.file scope — only files the App creates) or a local folder you choose. The operator cannot access your Drive.

d. Ads (free users)

• The App shows banner/interstitial/rewarded ads via Google AdMob, which may collect device info including the Advertising ID (AAID) for ad delivery and measurement. See Google Ads and Google Privacy Policy.
• Premium (subscription/lifetime) users see no ads.

e. Purchases

• Subscriptions and the lifetime option are processed by Google Play Billing; we do not collect your payment details.

2. Accounts

The App has no sign-up/login. (Optional Google Sign-In is used only if you enable Drive backup, fully under your control.)

3. Retention & Deletion

Recordings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. See the Data Deletion page.

4. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.

5. Changes

We may update this policy; changes will be posted on this page.
